Have a question, need help, or want to suggest something?

Use this form for MemoRama support requests. Please include:

  • Your iOS version (Settings → General → About)
  • The MemoRama version (visible in the app's settings screen)
  • A short description of what you tried, what happened, and what you expected
  • Screenshots, if relevant

By sending, you agree that your message and email address are processed solely to respond to your support request. See Privacy.

We typically respond within two working days, Switzerland time.

Subscriptions, billing, refunds

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. To view, change, or cancel: open the App Store, tap your profile, and choose Subscriptions. For refund requests, use Apple's Report a Problem page — Apple controls all refund decisions.

Bug reports & feature requests

We read every message. If your bug report includes a screen recording or steps to reproduce, you double the chances of a quick fix. Feature ideas are welcome — we are a small team and prioritise pragmatically.
